Garden to table

Today on the 15th of May, Room 24 went to Garden to table I was in the kitchen with Sarah.
Me and Vaughn had to make Chinese Miso soup with tofu, we sliced the tofu into cubes to make the soup with mushroom and today was the first time I tried tofu.
It did not taste like any thing but it felt like sponge in my mouth.

Have tried tofu before ?
